2. Nature of the project

KokoJoy is a personal research and learning project for exploring AI conversation, speech, and short video generation in a children's storytelling context. It is provided for personal use and is not offered as a commercial product at this time.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate login information and keep credentials secure. Parents or guardians should supervise use by young children. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use KokoJoy for illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or reverse engineer the service beyond permitted use.
• Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.

5. AI-generated output

Generated text, audio, and video may be imperfect. Outputs are provided as-is for personal experimentation. You are responsible for reviewing content before sharing it elsewhere (including on third-party platforms such as TikTok).

6. Third-party platforms

If you authorize KokoJoy-related tools to connect with TikTok or other platforms (for example via Login Kit or Content Posting API), you also remain bound by those platforms' terms and community guidelines. KokoJoy does not replace those rules.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
